Ingredients
  • Coconut Oil - 1tbsp
  • Mustard - 1tsp
  • Cumin - 1tsp
  • Urad Dal - 1tsp
  • Chana Dal - 1tsp
  • Peanuts - 1tbsp
  • Curry Leaves - 8 to 10
  • Green Chilli - 1
  • Ginger - 1tsp
  • Hing - 1tsp
  • Cucumber (Finely Chopped) - 1 cup
  • Poha (Washed) - 2 cup
  • Salt - 1tbsp
  • Jaggery - 0.5tsp
  • Grated Coconut - 2tbsp
  • Coriander Leaves - 2tbsp
  • Lemon Juice - 1tbsp
Directions
  • Step 1 Heat Coconut Oil in a pan
  • Step 2 Add Mustard, Cumin, Urad Dal, Chana Dal, Peanuts & saute until golden brown
  • Step 3 Then add Curry Leaves, Green Chilli, Ginger & Hing & again saute for a min
  • Step 4 Add finely chopped Cucumber & give it a good mix
  • Step 5 After add Poha, Salt to taste & Jaggery and then saute well for 5 mins
  • Step 6 Turn off heat & add grated Coconut, Coriander Leaves & Lemon Juice
  • Step 7 Easy & healthy Cucumber Poha is ready & serve HOT!
