  • 3/4 cup ash gourd/winter melon chopped
  • 1/2 tsp black salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper crushed
  • 1/2 tsp lemon juice
  • 1 cup water

Instructions

How To Make Ash Gourd Juice:

  • Firstly, take a blender and add chopped ash gourd. 
  • Next add black salt and crushed pepper.
  • Similarly add lemon juice and water as needed.
  • Blend it to smooth juice consistency.
  • Next strain the blended ash gourd mixture using a strainer.
  • Then transfer the strained ash gourd juice to a glass jar.
  • Now the healthy ash gourd juice for 100+ diseases is ready to enjoy.
  • Consume this juice sip by sip in the sitting posture.
