First of all, take a small blender and grated coconut, green chilli.
Blend this mixture to a coarse paste with out adding water. Keep this aside.
Meanwhile Heat a pan on moderate flame and add coconut oil. You can use any oil, but I prefer coconut oil.
Once the oil is hot enough, add the seasonings like, mustard, cumin and hing.
Saute well until it splutters. Then add coarse blended mixture .
Saute for a min or two. Then add boiled kabul kadle
Lower the flame, and mix everything well.
Add little salt, sugar(optional) and again give a good mix. Turn off the heat.
Finally add lemon juice and chopped coriander leaves. Mix well.
Now the healthy, tasty Kadle Kalu Usli is ready to enjoy.
