Firstly heat a small pan on moderate flame and add coconut oil.
When the oil is hot enough, add peanuts and roast for 2 mins until peanuts turns to brown color.
Turn off the heat and keep it aside.
Meanwhile take a wide bowl and add puffed rice.
Then add roasted peanuts, salt and red chilli powder.
Further add finely chopped onion and tomato.
Similarly add grated carrot and finely chopped coriander leaves.
Also add little sev and sugar (this is optional).
Finally squeeze a little lemon juice and give a good mix.
Now the tasty & low calorie healthy snack churumuri is ready to serve!
