Ingredients

  • 1 medium size pineapple chopped
  • 2 to 4 pieces ginger
  • 1/4 tsp black salt
  • pinch cayenne pepper organic
  • 1 tbsp honey organic
  • 1 tbsp lime/lemon juice

Instructions

  • Firstly remove the outer layer of the pineapple & chopped it.
  • Take a blender jar and add chopped pineapple.
  • Then add ginger slices, black salt, cayenne pepper.
  • Similarly add lemon juice & honey.
  • Blend this to a fine juice consistency.
  • Now strain this blended pineapple juice using a strainer.
  • Transfer this juice to a glass jar.
  • Now the pineapple juice, a natural & effective home remedy for cough & sore throat is ready!

Dosage:

  • Drink 1/4 cup of pineapple juice up to three times per day. For best result continue this home remedy for 3 to 4 days.
