Firstly, take a wide bowl and add chopped green & red cabbage
Then add shredded carrot, along with chopped roma tomatoes
Further add sliced red onion with spring onion, sliced red radish and finely chopped coriander leaves
Similarly add boiled sweet corn and fresh mint leaves, followed by hemp seed & pumpkin seed respectively
In addition to this, drizzle little olive oil
Finally add Himalayan pink salt, crushed black pepper and squeeze lemon juice
Give a good mix
