Ingredients

  • 4 cups water
  • 2 to 3 nelanelli plant including root, stem, leaves

Instructions

  • Firstly, wash nelanelli plant in clean water and slightly crush all parts of the plant
  • Next heat a sauce pan on moderate flame and add water
  • When the water starts to boil, add crushed nelanelli plant
  • Bring this to a boil for 10 to 15 mins until it reduces to quarter cup
  • Then turn off heat and strain it
  • Now antiviral & liver cleansing Nelanelli Kashaya is ready to serve
  • If you wish you can add jaggery and consume it
  • Take 40ml to 50 ml of this kashaya or tea on an empty stomach regularly
