Ingredients

  • 5 to 6 ice cubes
  • ½ cup strawberry fresh & chopped
  • ½ cup banana fresh & chopped
  • 2 tbsp curd / Unsweetened yogurt homemade
  • ¼ cup almonds soaked
  • 1 tsp flax seed
  • 1 tsp sunflower seed

Instructions

  • Firstly, take a blender jar and add ice cubes
  • Next add freshly chopped strawberry & banana
  • Also add homemade curd, soaked almonds
  • Further add flax seed & sunflower seed
  • Add little water and blend this to a smooth texture
  • Next take a serving glass and add few ice cubes
  • Pour the prepared blended smoothie to the glass jar
