In a sauce pan add water.
Now add ashwagandha powder.
Mix well and bring to a boil for 5 mins until it reduces to half.
Turn off the heat and strain the mixture to a bowl.
Add boiled milk and let it cool for 2 to 3 mins.
Similarly add honey for natural sweetness.
Further add cardamom (elaichi) powder.
Finally give a good mix and pour this to a glass jar.
