First of all, take a small bowl and add aliv or halim seeds
Then add coconut water and mix well
Soak this for 1 hr until halim seeds swell properly
Meanwhile heat a pan on medium flame and add palm jaggery with little water
Stir well until jaggery melts completely and it should be one string consistency
Then add soaked aliv seeds and give a good mix so that there should be no lumps
Further add grated coconut and mix well
Now lower the heat and add ghee, Give a quick mix once
Similarly add chopped cashews & almonds
Again give a good mix
Finally add cardamom seeds & nutmeg powder, & give a final mix
Turn off the heat and allow the mixture to cool for a minute
When it is slightly warm, take a lemon size mixture & make into ladoo
Now the nutritious super food Aliv Ladoo or Halim Ladoo is ready to serve!
Keep this in an air tight container with closed lid. It can be stored for 15 days at room temperature & enjoy this healthy ladoo!
