Firstly, cut of the edges of bitter gourd and slice at the center
Then scoop out the white part & the seeds from bitter gourd using a spoon
Next finely chop the bitter gourd and transfer this to a bowl
Further add water, little salt and turmeric powder
Mix well and keep it for about 10 to 15 mins to get rid off small amount of bitterness. You can skip this step if you are able to drink too much bitterness
Using a strainer, take out the bitter gourd and discard the remaining water
Now transfer the bitter gourd to a small blender jar and add little water
Blend this to a juice consistency and then strain this using a strainer
Additionally add little Himalayan pink salt and lemon juice
Give a good mix and transfer to a glass jar
Now the healthy drink Bitter Gourd Juice for diabetes is ready to serve!
Drink this as a first thing on an empty stomach in morning
