Ingredients

  • ½ cup blueberries fresh, organic
  • ½ cup banana chopped, organic
  • ¼ cup spinach fresh, organic
  • 15 grams almonds
  • 20 grams coconut flakes
  • 1 tsp flax seeds
  • 1 tbsp honey organic
  • 1 tbsp curd
  • ½ tsp cinnamon powder
  • 1 cup water

Instructions

  • Firstly take a blender and add fresh blueberries, chopped banana and a fistful of spinach.
  • Next add almonds, coconut flakes and flax seeds.
  • Similarly add honey, curd and water.
  • Finally add little cinnamon powder and blend this mixture to a smooth paste.
  • Transfer this to a glass jar and garnish with fresh blueberries.
  • Now the nutritious anti-aging Blueberry Banana Spinach smoothie is ready to serve!
