  • 1.5 cup papaya chopped
  • 6 to 8 pitted dates chopped
  • 4 to 6 cashews chopped
  • 3 to 5 walnuts
  • 1 tsp chia seeds
  • 1/2 tsp crushed mint
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • 2 to 3 almonds Thinly chopped
  • 2 to 3 pistachios Thinly chopped

How To Make Papaya &Dry fruits Smoothie:

  • First of all, take a blender or mixie jar and add chopped papaya.
  • Next add chopped pitted dates, chopped cashews and walnuts.
  • Also add chia seeds, crushed mint and cinnamon powder.
  • Blend this mixture to a fine paste.
  • Transfer this to a glass jar and garnish with thinly chopped almonds and pistachios.
