Lashuna or Rasona ksheerapaaka is an ayurvedic medicated milk made from garlic, milk and water. Also, Garlic milk has been mentioned in many Ayurvedic texts as it offers a wide range of health benefits and is easy to prepare.
According to Ayurveda, the best healthy benefits of Garlic milk is ,it cures amavata, sandhivata, sciatica/slip disk, fever, stomach bloating. Most importantly, it is said to lower cholesterol when taken before bedtime, and it is even given to lactating mothers to increase breastmilk supply.
Certainly, garlic milk contains natural painkilling properties. Hence it’s a great remedy for painful conditions like sciatica and arthritis. As per the research, Garlic milk is often recommended by Ayurveda as an immune-boosting drink.

Take a blender and add 4 cloves of garlic and little water.
Blend this to a fine paste.
In a heating pan add water.
Now add milk.
Similarly add blended garlic paste.
Bring to boil for 3 to 4 mins until it reduces to half quantity.
Turn off the heat and pour this mixture to a bowl.
Allow it to cool for 2 to 3 mins and add honey for taste.
Mix well and pour this to a glass jar.
Now the healing medicated drink is ready.
