  • 1 large avocado (butter fruit) chopped
  • 1/2 ripped banana chopped
  • 3 pitted dates chopped
  • 3 walnuts
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 3 to 5 mint leaves

Instructions

  • In a blender add chopped avocado.
  • Then add chopped ripe banana.
  • Also add chopped pitted dates for extra sweetness.
  • Similarly add walnuts.
  • Now add milk.
