Ingredients

  • 2 cups water
  • 3 ginger pieces sliced, not peeled
  • 1 small licorice root (Jeshta madhu or Yashti madhu)
  • 1 tbsp honey

Instructions

Method To Prepare Ginger & Licorice Root Tea:

  • Take a sauce pan and add 2 cups of water
  • Add licorice root and sliced ginger pieces
  • Bring to a boil and simmer for 15 mins
  • Now pour this mixture to a mesh strainer and strain it
  • Cool this herbal tea and add honey
  • Mix very well
  • Transfer this to cup and enjoy healthy herbal tea

Note: Don't add honey when the herbal tea is too hot.
